The video was shot on Lanzarote (The Canary Islands) and was directed by Textures' bass player Remko Tielemans together with the help of Kunststoff Media.

The band's trademark mix of expertly crafted brutality, melody, freaky, innovative rhythms and catchy vocals is still intact, with Bart Hennephof and Jochem Jacobs's expertly crafted sonic... um... textures and the unruly heavy-hitting of drummer Stef Broks creating the perfect metal cocktail.
The climaxes of the songs on Dualism have been elevated to a higher level, partially due to the contribution of their new keyboard player, Uri Dijk and new frontman Daniel de Jongh (ex-Cilice) who, as far as his sound goes, is every bit the talent as his predecessor Eric Kalsbeek.

Stunning music video, but most times I just lie back, close my eyes and drink it in. It never fails to make me emotional. I love technicality in bands, don't get me wrong, but this song is just absolutely beautiful for what it is. Brings back memories.

One of THE most under rated bands in the world today... I seriously cannot fault anything they do, they are seriously brilliant... check out their other albums as soon as you can...Drawing Circles and Polars... both are superb!! Cant wait to see them when they come to Manchester... I might even try and go to some more or their UK shows... LOVE Textures!!!

i feel like musicians who like textures are far more likely to appreciate textures no matter what they're songs sound like. they're in it for the music and embrace a larger spectrum of the music, not some metal fan that's in it for one song, one album or one sound. what band, or what thing in general for that matter is so one-dimensional? bands are dynamic and change like the ocean crashing against rock, constant evolution. punks don't get it, it's not a fad to follow, it's a passion.

For me they are still underrated, i know that at some point they are well known and playing festivals and events still, for me it is.... still not enough, they deserve more, i dont know, maybe im just still cant get over with what happened, that is why im one of the most sad when they call it quits, well it is what it is, they left us with great masterpieces like this one and they will be remembered as great awesome band🤘

I FUCKING LOVE this song ! I listen to it when ever i'm driving home from school and when I was flying to my parents house in Dallas. So I took the song literately because it just has that that feel to it.

As a stand-alone song, this doesn't feel quite as strong as some of their older stuff, but I'm pretty confident that as a part of the greater whole that is Dualism, it will be absolutely amazing.

Look, it's simple. Nuclear Blast are just expanding and it may not be for everyones taste. This is the kind of stuff people want to listen to now so it would be crazy for NB not to sign a band like this. We still have our Amorphis, Edguy, Meshuggah, Soilwork, Sonata, Threat Singal and Dimmu, let's make room for these guys. Definately a unique sound I havent heard in a while. Reminds me of the band The Butterfly Effect, check them out if you like this. Start with the song - World On Fire
Just saw em' along the human abstract, periphery and the contortionist at Oakland, California. Textures ruled the band line-up in my opinion. Not to mention the band being down-to-earth with no speck of that rockstar attitude.
