I believe the singer is "Ntxawm Vaj", ex-band member of "Ntxhais LojLeeb" from Omaha, Nebraska. She sang for the boys band "Ntsuag Ciaj".

This is not by HOBO (LojLeeb). But "Ntsuag Ciaj", another boys band from Omaha, Nebraska. However, the singer is an ex band member of the Ntxhais LojLeeb, Ntxawm Vaj.
