I don't have this kind of markers. So how I will make this stuff😢

It's no problem. You can use any kind of normal sketch pens. I'll personally recommend DOMS Aqua Water Colour Pens, they're very awesome with this kind of painting. But you can use any, although others might give out a lighter shade of the colour when used on paper like this.
I've tried both ways, so I can at least say that.
