Thanks for the video, my mediastar decoder was working fine, at a point it stopped some channels then I scanned it, 50% of the channels is showing $, even those that weren't showing $ before, secondly is now showing me many bet channels and I don't need it. Please I need your help what will the son of man do. Thanks.

All my statillite channels are deleted some came and set the sat wit martins now they are all gone again and am finding it difficult to scan the quality too is not showing

Did you see the way the quality signal goes OFF when it starts scanning then comes back after some seconds. I prefer it to be stable all the time since there’s signal from the fish. Seems like that how the Master decoder works.
That's simply because it's Blind Scanning and most Transponders doesn't have full signal, that why it goes on and off. Know that , the channels have different Transponder that are closer to each other. That's why you'll need a unique Transponder that can get you plenty of the FTA channels. With paid channels, you're likely to get all under one TP because they have group all the channels at one place. Which will help the channels to be lock under their control.

Please mine is master original, it has already been installed by a professional, about a year ago, but i dun seem to get the chance to change anything. Whenever i try to change anything before scanning i am asked to provide a password and this guy is not even picking my calls. How do i get the password off please?
Enter 4 Zeros that's the default password ( 0000), if it doesn't work, your professional installer have changed that default code to a new one. So try contacting him.

Put it on one of the working TV channels and check if the frequency is that of MultiTv. If it's not, the dish position have to be changed if only you don't really like all the working channels.

Good day, my problem is that a tv station I want to watch, the pictures are not coming it's only sound and I am told to rescan then it will come; that's the master decoder so how can I fix that problem?
Check the channels on the same frequency, if they're working, it will be an external problem from the TV company. Most often the signal strengths of that particular channel has reduced. You'll need to adjust the satellite dish to get a stable signal for the pictures to start showing.

The process will be the same, watch the video carefully and implement in on your decoder. The major thing will be where to add the Transponder. So look for it and add the MultiTv TP.

Sure, but you will get only their free channels, which are not enough.

Watch the video till the end and select similar options on your decoder to scan. The menu will be a bit different. The main thing, is to know where to add The TP on your decoder. MultiTv 12525 V 30000

You'll get the signal quality from the satellite dish. If there's no signal, first connect the signal cable at the back of the decoder well, and if there's no positive outcome, get some installer to help you get a stable signal quality from the satellite dish if you can't do that on your own. 🙏🏾
