It is called Forsus Springs.Basically you'll need them from anywhere from one to six months dependings on the severity of your overbite. Your overbite will go down about 2 mm every month. So for example, if you have an 8mm overbite, this can be fixed with forsus springs in roughly 4 months. Or if you have a 4mm overbite it can be fixed in roughly two months. Hope I helped:)

Although theoretically forsus should work for adults, it typically does not achieve the same results as opposed to using it on a child who is still growing (Girls under 16 yrs vs. Boys under 18 yrs). Forsus implements dentoalveolar movement, as opposed to elastics which work both skeletal and dental.
Final answer is, yes this method may work on adults but the results may not be as great when compared to using on younger kids who are still going through skeletal growth.

as this made for mandibular protruding this will create hyge force on the maxillary molar i don't think that is enough for anchorage

@@ojh2527 15살에서 16살까지 1년정도 했던거같아요 지금은 19살이라 기억은 잘 안 나지만 교정 결과는 치과의사선생님이 교정잘된 케이스로 소개한다고 할 만큼 잘 됐어요
부정교합이 거의 다 호전 됐고 불편함을 감수할만한 값어치가 있어요
