Blender is getting better.
I've been doing full body muscle simulation with cloth physics on my character for a wile without any add-on. Just plain cloth simulation on the object or on a mesh deform. The most useful thing about this is probably feet to ground collision. With that I was been able to to get almost perfect ground contact even when the animation is not matching the ground. But it really interesting that somebody made an add on to automate the process.

when i use simplicage and select my bones the whole cage is falling down with the mesh thats attached to the bones...how can i fix that ??

Is there any add-on like making hard surface. It means if we see animated movies they walk on ground perfectly but when we make our models walk their legs go into the ground . It will go mesh into the mesh . So I want a addon like how much we try if we make the surface hard the model or any mesh shouldn't go into another mesh !

Simply check animation from the side and make sure the feet aren't intersecting. Idea is nice but it would make a model react weird. You can try a shrinkwrap modifier. But you would need to toggle it on and off all the time for when the feet are touching. that is about equal about making sure the feet pierce the ground. Animation isn't supposed to be simple and easy

thats kind of the point of being a free open source program..
Not really. I do muscle giggle physics all the time with with cloth physics. This add-on his meant to streamlining the process and make it obvious but it is still using built in blender features. You can do it by yourself by setting a cloth simulation on a mesh deform. It give the same result. But the thing is people usually will not think about using cloth simulation to do that kind of stuff.
1. this is not how punching bag wiggles after hit. it filled with sand, it is heavy and much denser. If i was an animator i would suggest to see references, make it denser and apply physics only to and around hit area. it feels like jelly right now.
2. how is it any different then traditional stuff? i mean there are jiggle physics and collision modifiers (and has been there since the dawn of time), also you can paint weight. so what this addon does again? so that you need to pay for it?
3. i want to hear what geo nodes have to say.
4. the kick, it hits air, there shoud be stopping power. also bring leg higher for liver hit, even higher rib cage and even higher for a head or lower then original for low kick (see references). why? because your character is hitting waist area and no one does it. why even bother if it is training? because you are training to hit the waist. i am 2d artist, not animator, yet my observations stays true, also I have some experience with martial arts (some time ago).
5. strike feels odd too. not sure why. references.
oh it is mixamo animations, nevermind then. But my observations stays true.
This is the biggest issue with lots of physics stuff in Blender. It works, but look mediocre most of the time. Needs a lot of work before I will look great
