I love adding postcards in my journals too! When we travel I always bring postcards stamps with me so I can send myself postcards of what we are doing that day. Sometimes they arrive before we get home, other times it is a few days later. I love doing this because I have captured some journaling in real time on our trip and it is super fun to get them in the mail after we have returned home. Lisa, next time you are in the states you should stop at a post office. It might look cool to buy US international stamps to send yourself post cards with. Also, I LOVE your use of the scallop and border punches. I think am going to borrow some from my Mom! Groovy book, its coming along beautifully! This weekend I am looking forward to making a Lilo and Stitch Golden Book journal from your tutorial. Super excited about this! Thanks for continued inspiration!
Such a fun layout. I love all the bits you add to your pages but know exactly when to stop. I journal in a similar style to yours but you've given me great ideas and inspiration. Where can I purchase your cloud die cuts? I absolutely love them! 😊🥰
Hi Lisa! Enjoying your channel and videos. Love how your pages came out and your use of ephemera. :) You are going on another Disney trip soon right? I’m finally going with my family in July - haven’t been since 2007. We were supposed to go in 2020, but need I say more. Ha. I’ve been trying to make a running list of ephemera to collect for my memory keeping when we go. I know so many paper bits have been and are being phased out in a digital and especially post-Covid world. Obviously will hoard all the maps. Lol Then other things I’ve heard of: stickers from cast members, transportation cards from monorail/train/boat/skyliner, “licenses” from Dumbo and Tomorrowland speedway, Pirates scavenger hunt, KidCot, Nemo scavenger hunt… TBD if all of these are still around or not!! If you are going on a trip and find out, would love to know or see what else you collect when you get back! Love the luggage tags you used - I’ll have to see if our resort has those (Port Orleans). Also I’m sure you know about receipts fading over time - I’ve taken to photocopying mine so hopefully they’ll last longer. Oh another question about coffee: I feel like I saw awhile ago that cast members sometimes write or draw cute things on your coffee cup with your name - is that true? Thanks for all the inspiration and incite! 💖
So lovely hearing from you. How amazing. I'm so happy you are returning. Our Summer trip is also our postponed 2020 trip. I didn't know about so many of these things you've mentioned. How do you get the transportation cards? There's also the little hunt in Animal Kingdom where you pick up a little booklet. I haven't seen or heard of the coffee cup thing, but everyone has different experiences.
its only paper So I remember the stickers from when I was a kid - if you ask cast members often times many of them will have different stickers to hand out. The others I never knew about either - so we will see if they still exist! The transportation cards I’ve heard are like little trading cards with info on the monorail, boats, etc - supposedly cast manners / drivers often have them to hand out if you ask. I’ve heard these may not exist anymore - but apparently cast members at Dumbo can hand out pilot’s licenses after you get off the ride if you ask - and same at Tomorrowland speedway, cast members have drivers licenses if you ask. Those may be gone tho. The Pirates of the Caribbean scavenger hunt is a free activity where you can pick up maps near the ride - I’ve heard it takes about 20 min and your prize for completion used to be a free fast pass but now I think it’s a Captain Jack Sparrow autograph card??? But the maps look super fun. I think I saw Disneyland used to (may still?) hand out Jungle Cruise maps also - but I don’t know if that was ever a thing at Disney World. KidCot is a scavenger hunt around the world showcase in Epcot - and the Nemo scavenger hunt is also at Epcot, you get a little booklet with stickers. And one more I forgot to mention before that I’ve also heard of - guest services may or may not have Timon and Pumbaa “safety cards” to hand out if you ask - they’re funny little cards with Timon and Pumbaa reminding you different ways to be safe at the parks. Hopefully some - or all - of these things will still be happening in July when I go! Good luck to you if you try too 🤞🏻
Love the junk journal style with pics! This is similar to what I do for my grandsons. Maybe a silly question, but how did you do your coffee ring stains?
Thanks so much. It's so fun to do isn't it?! I actually dip a mug in coffee. I have a Patreon group and this was a tutorial I shared just this month. It's really fun to do.
I LOVE junk journals! Yours is so cute!
Love how the page layout came together- love the paper bag!😍🧡
Thanks so much. You just can't go wrong with a paper bag : )

What a fantastic idea!
Loved how the pages came out. That Mickey and Minnie bag is so cute. Love the use of the comics too. Great journal session as always.
Thanks so much. It was so fun using things that I’ve had for so long 😊
Absolutely beautiful Lisa xxx

Came over to your channel on Elle's recommendation-NeverHopeless by Elizabeth, and I am so enjoying your videos and your journaling pages! 🥰💕
