Start your shower with warm water. Do what you normally do, then gradually increase the heat until you feel like you're melting. Once your confident enough turn the water to 100% cold. 1. Splash cold water on your face
2. PRETEND THAT TODAY IS THE LAST DAY OF YOUR LIFE
3. Stretch (it helps a lot)
