Hello, thanks for your feedback. Yes, you are right. It's one of mopeds that you can officially register out of the factory. We talked about it in our previous videos.
If I had an electric bike I would want to be able to charge it at public car charging places also. At my place, I would not charge it inside for fear of a fire.
Hello, thanks for your feedback. Most ebikes are using external chargers and do not support public charging. They are rather made for charging from a regular domestic outlet.
Radrunner & Niu out there having the only pedal-assisted bike that actually has a saddle that lets you pedal without getting thigh-chafing from how wide their tube frames are Do the other manufacturers never ride their own stuff? Those motorcycle seats, wide metal frames & crotch-placed battery packs must be uncomfortable as HELL to pedal around. what's the point of having 120miles of pedal-assisted range, if I wanna kms after the first 20 of pedaling? if it's an all electric moped or scooter, ditch the damn pedals. Many ICE mopeds mostly haven't had pedals for decades now...
Having pedals allows for these machines to be considered bicycles. Therefore they need no insurance or license like a regular moped. The pedals are for show more than anything. If you want to pedal, get a regular bicycle or ebicycle. These are electric mopeds. Would you normally pedal an ICE moped? No.
@@phant0m597 if you're not 'supposed' to pedal, literally all their range data is meaningless. Because they all specifiy 'pedal-assisted' range first, so that they can put a shiny big number in the add. Also they're not considered bicycles - I don't know how ass-backwards the legislation in your country is, but where I am, these 1kW, >25km/h machines are *not* considered simple bicycles and DO need numberplates, insurances & even driving licenses (either car or class AM age 16) - pedals or not. They count as speed-pedelecs or mopeds, simply by virtue of their speed limit.
@@Sareth94 best country in the world USA USA USA USA USA USA we actually get to enjoy these machines here. sucks to live wherever you live because obviously they drain you of any joy in life.
Gasoline isn't that pricey and 38 mph in 2nd gear still leaves you 4 or 5 more gears. 140 mph on a Kawasaki Ninja is a hell of a lot more fun than an electric moped. What's next? Being happy eating bugs?
Hello, thanks for your feedback. Although you have a point, I think you are mixing completely different classes of two-wheelers. 28 mph mopeds are being widely used for city commuting, not for joy riding. How often do you take your Ninja to do local deliveries or picking up groceries?
Hello, thanks for your feedback. Your sarcasm was duly noted. However, there is a tool for every task. I am pretty sure that there are tons of people who would benefit from owning an ebike like that (of course, short breaks during this 200 mile ride are recommended ;)
Meh. Lots of the same old same old. Lots of bikes designed for 18 year old boys who will be immediately disappointed when they realize they bought a bicycle instead of a motorcycle they don’t have to register or insure. It’s shocking that almost none of these are step thrus. This is just the type of bike millions of people would want to do deliveries on….you are upright with a comfy seat but you swing your leg over and knock everything off the rack.
Hello, thanks for your feedback. There are many moped-style bikes with step through frames on the market already. For this video I just wanted to show the newest options. For example Juiced Bikes have many options with step-though frames.
the engwee m20 sucks it has very low torque imagine a dual battery bike that cant climb a steep hill whats the point oh you want to ride 100 miles on pure flat ground .put the pipe down get real the m20 sucks buy a s4 euy bike it can climb a hill gives you same as m20 only need 1 battery think if those lame 48 v 13 amp lame batteries were 2 48 v 20 amp or 25 amp batteries then the m20 could climb a hill dont fall for the fake engwee m 20 reviews no need for 2 batteries 13 amp?? horrible 2 batteries equal 1 good battery the m 20 is lame thanks for the video

Where can i find it
Should manufacturers keep adding more batteries to their electric mopeds to give us more range? Share your thoughts below!
that's what I want
220 miles of range and plenty of power
hell yeah
Same here!
Is there an update on splach cross ebike do you know of a release date
Where's the Spark Cycleworks Bandit in this line up? They're the only legal electric moped/bike in the U.S. currently. Great bikes and concept!
How? It don’t have mirrors

Can you do a video on e-bikes that most resemble the moped Tomos A3 ? Bandit X-trail Pro seems to be the closest match I've seen so far.
Hello, thank you for your interest. Yes, we can do that.
@@Datacube I hope you do. Perhaps add in more resemblance targets if the video turns out too short.
They just banned electric bikes and scooters in my Manhattan apartment building.upon threat of EVICTION….CHARGERS MUST BE UPGRADED AND CERTIFIED…
Is that a good or bad thing 😊
Hello, thanks for your feedback. What do you mean by chargers? External chargers that come with ebikes and escooters?

Seems not enough power on most only a few companies deliver speed and power , i guess some people don't care about that but im sure more do😂
Hello, thanks for your feedback. Electric bikes could be plenty fast. Unfortunately the legislation limits them to 28 mph.

Definitely not the lowest price long range bikes. There are a few under $1100.

@@Datacube Lectric - XP Lite, RIDSTAR Q20, and lots of clones like EXRBYKO Fat Tire Electric Bike. The Ridstar Q20 is and amazing value at $949-4999
