Abbreviations used:
ch-chain
yo-yarn over
sp-space
sk-skip
sc-single crochet(US term) (Uk term -double crochet (dc))
hdc-half double crochet(US term) (UK term -half treble crochet(htr))
dc-double crochet (US term) (Uk term -treble crochet(tr))
sl st-slip stitch.
Material used:
1.100% premium acrylic yarn.
2.Hook - 5mm.
3.Cutter/scissor.
4.Blunt/sewing needle.
5.Stitch markers
Note:
You can use any kind of yarn and its relevant hook size that you want.

Are we supposed to repeat rows 2 and 3? My work keeps ruffling dramatically.

I think my problem was that I did 16 sts instead of 12. 😅

you don't need to repeat. ignore the second row 2 and 3. i just continue without repeating and it didn't ruffle.
