To help make it clearer, PhDs at DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC) provide a detailed description of the different sections of the test so you can more easily understand your paternity report.

Hi, I think there has been made a small mistake in this video. In timeframe 1.26 the alleles are highlighted from matching father and child. With locus D8S1179 the 11 is highlighted but I think it should be the matching 10 as it must be that the 11 comes from the mother.
Is DDC DNA test available in INDIA.
if yes then what is the procedure.

My son father did a home kit, he claimed he didn’t know he had to pay a processing fee so he took the swabs with him, he also came over smelling like mouthwash and or alcohol, my results don’t look like this and it’s no signature on the results? Are the results real😕 my results is from ddc and it also doesn’t have the X and Y chromosomes on them? I really need help because now my son father won’t respond to taking another test in a lab??
I don't understand how this works. If a man is xy and a woman is xx, how can a man's y=8 x=7 and then the woman's x=8? How can a man's Y become the child's X?
IF we have an Null Allele then what will be the PI index for that Allele. Will tat be 0.00 . If we see Two Allele of that type then will be the result .

Doesn't matter, you get a stronger match of you do yet if the man's not the father it will always say he is excluded regardless if the mother take the test or not.
In the case of a paternity dispute there is need to test both parents. The father might be excluded and sue the woman for falsification, yet the woman might not be the mother after all! The child might have been exchanged at the place of birth, which is quite common at maternity facilities.

I have a question, who has to use the other 4 extra swabs that come in the kit, the child or the alleged father? or you can send only 4 and 4 in each envelope
4 swabs per person. Its 6 packets with 2 swabs together. So use to packets for each person.
I just recently did this I had 3 children to test and if you need extra mouth swabs you can go to your local CVS or Walgreens and get them that's what they told me over the phone when I called to register everything before I sent everything off and also buy small envelopes as well and just copy everything from the original envelope that came with the test kit you don't need to buy multiple test if your testing multiple kids for the 1 father

I used DDC and my test came back 99.96% and I never heard of this most people have 99.98
Anything above 99.9 means you're the father, mine was 99.9998 doesn't matter what most people have.
Did you results have your name on it and the child?
Are non invasive paternity test actually accurate?… what if a women has been with one man only and the test came negative? Why is the saliva of a man and blood of a woman what determines if he is the father. How can that be?
