    I don't understand why my four devices with the same concentration, same sizes, conditions and happened around the same time frame could have very different current performance... does that could relate to my spin coating process, solubility of the solutions etc? I could not find the solution for this problem

      If I get all details of your procedure then I can identify and suggest you something but without that only guessing can be done which won't be so effective..
      There are a number of parameters which decide the quality and properties..
      I am planning to prepare a class on spin coating in coming 4-5 days so I think it may help you in some way as you have mentioned the same method of deposition..
