changing tyres become so natural to me, on my nami burn-e...that I started offering local scooter tyre fitting service, at your doorstep or my garage at home. its not bringing in crazy income right now, but when summer hits, I am very busy!.

I am very happy for your achievement and you should be very proud of yourself, not everyone chooses to do this. Think of this job that you do as way of helping others in need, don’t be discouraged that now is not bringing you a lot of income, focus more on offering your best work to those customers that have chosen you to repair their scooters, they are putting their trust in you, show them that they can trust you always and in exchange they will not reward you only with money, but more than this they will recommend you further to others as well and this will bring you more and more customers which will improve the income in time! I was doing repairs in front on my door and in my living room, I was travelling to them as well…but learn from my experience and take my advice that you should always treat your customers the same way as you would like to be treated and in time you will be fine …you will see! One last advice..if I may…always try to improve your work quality and find faster solutions to resolve their “problems”! Some will appreciate while some might not …but you be happy with the ones that do appreciate you for your services! Quality is something that will make the difference between you and others that provide the same service and this will make customers return to you! Good luck in your work and I do hope that your customer numbers will improve even on winter times! 🙌🏻

appreciate the kind words. honestly, I think most people can work on escooters, it's just time consuming and most don't have tools for it. it doesn't take me long to change two tyres, depends on the model, split rims, customer wanting slime added can deffo add to the time.
I just really enjoy it, especially in the summer, I always look to improve and better my service :D

HI, does 90/65 6.5 fit on 10 inch scooter? cuz i got e scooter that got 10x3.25 and i want somthing really wide so i came to you and asked. all the best man your content is great!

Hi! Thanks for your appreciation! They will be able to fit only if your rim is 6.5 inch size … most of the 10inch motors are 6 inch in size! In case your rim is 6 inch there is some other options as well for it with wider tyres! Please have a look on a post on TikTok where i fitted 90/65-6 tyres to a Zero 10x scooter with 6 inch rim size 👇🏻

That tire looks great. What’s the width of the rim? I have a 6.5” rim that’s 100mm wide. I hope to use the same PMT 100/55 tire.

Hey buddy do you thinK I could fit a PMT 130 40 6.5 on my rear wheel of my Dualtron Thunder 2? I am wiling to modify my rear arms so that they span a wider gap by using a custom made/machined threaded rod so the arms on either side of my tire are gapped an extra inch or 1.5" if needed. Just wondering if you have ever tried to fit PMT 130 40 6.5 onto a Dualtron thunder 2 rim before. I ordered my tire and will be receiving it in about a week to experiment with getting this fitted onto my Thunder 2
Thanks for your channel/posts and lopk forward to hearing what you might have to say about this. Thanks dude.

      Hi Patrick,
Unfortunate I have never tried a PMT tyre that wide yet, the maximum I have installed it was 110/55-6.5… and never installed a PMT tyre on a Dualtron Thunder 2 as well…so unfortunate this time I can’t really recommend you! But from your comment I can see that you seem to know already how to do it. I would really like to see you succeed as well, so if you have any pictures that you might like to share please don’t hesitate to contact me directly on my WhatsApp, I would be happy to share with you any other informations that I am aware of ! Now, one of my personal opinion in regards to your modification, please have enough space between the brake calliper and the tyre, too much out and the tyre can touch the calliper! Anyway, we keep in touch and if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me !
      Regards,
      Alex

@@1112223333111 no, don’t know if i can explain it properly, but I will probably do a video at one point and share it here ! You need to place the wheel levelled (we use some xiaomi solid tires to keep it leveled and in place ) then we place the wheel with the valve away from us, opposite the valve we press on the tyre until it goes inside the rim, the with two tyre levers we remove it slowly! I don’t know if you can understand from my description but I will show it at one point !
