There are many many people you have seen them, but not even till recently has the government acknowledged any form of actual UFO and have instead covered it up for decades. So I can do agree with you that someone knows it just ain't the average Joe who will be Affirmed in their witness reports

      Thank you. This really upset me because they’re waaaay past “specimens, teeth, bodies etc “. The St Helen’s eruption for example ( I’ll leave it at that) before hearing the testimonies, I already knew things like this happened. Not exactly the eruption situation, but the close contact/ communication/ and more. If a half educated adult thinks that not a single piece of DNA or legit proof hasn’t been presented, they’ve done their job. They’ve surpassed their goal of making us dumb!😂

      I, like you , think that "the government " has specimens {maybe live } of this animal . Right now the "panic" in the US is caused by the state that the current administration has gotten us into and not that there is a thing commonly known as Bigfoot. For years the existence of UFOs and ETs were covered up by "Government" . Now that topic is kind of a 'yawn'. ... I'll just leave it at that .

    Hands down, probably the most stealthiest being to ever inhabit the wild places. Hence the reason why any researchers have not been successful when intentionally attempting video footage evidence. They certainly make their presence known from a safe distance, or just out of sight lines. Practically all documented visual encounters have happened simply by chance.

    • @mattjack3983
      @mattjack3983 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Well Patterson & Gimlin went in search of one and that's how we ended up with the best visual evidence to date. There's other pictures and videos too. It's just a matter of whether or not you believe them to be legitimate. There's a whole bunch of evidence out there, but it doesn't really mean much if it's not taken seriously as legitimate evidence. You can take the best most clearest picture or video, and it will be shot down as being "faked". Before I had my encounters and saw them with my own eyes, there's absolutely no evidence in the world you could have showed me to convince me that these creatures were real. Actually seeing one in person was the only thing that would have convinced me. Shooting one and bringing in a body, or running into one in person, is the only evidence that most people are going to believe.

      @@mattjack3983 No doubt. It's next to impossible to convince others of something they don't have the capacity or open enough mind to contemplate or believe. I would guess your encounter most likely was a complete shock to your mind. Regardless of what anyone might think about you now, you know what you saw. Whether those individuals choose to believe you or not is up to them. Your commentary is precisely why Bob Gimlin was so voraciously berated for decades. It's pleasing to know he finally got the proper recognition he deserved after all the abuse he and his wife received.

    • @mattjack3983
      @mattjack3983 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@jeffbranchick1516 Saying that it was a "shock to the mind" is an understatement. It blew my mind apart. Completely turned my world upside. Before seeing them with my own eyes, I scoffed at the very idea that these creatures were real. I thought that it was complete nonsense, and that channels like these were just silly. I've been a hunter and woodsman my whole life. After 25+ years of hunting, hiking, solo camping, exploring, etc, all over the wilderness areas of North America, including the Pacific Northwest, I had either hunted or seen every large or small game animal native to North America. There wasn't a single thing I saw or heard that I couldn't identify, and I absolutely certain beyond any doubt that if these things existed, I would have seen one at least once in over two and half decades. Words just don't even do it justice how much it shook me up to lay eyes on these creatures. And of all places, it happened not 30 minutes away from my home in the Missouri Ozarks. I can understand why people, especially other hunters and woodsmen, are so adamant in their belief, and their certainty, that bigfoot does not exist, and why they scoff at the subject and think it's silly. After spending your life in woods, perfecting skills in things like hunting, bushcraft, etc, and gaining years and years of experience as a woodsman, you become extremely familiar with everything in the woods. All the animals you might see..the sounds they make..the sound of woods at night, and in the early morning hours..everything. And as arrogant as it might seem, the suggestion that there's something living there that you haven't seen yet becomes difficult to comprehend. Suggesting that there's bigfoot lurking in those woods in North America just sounds like complete nonsense, and it's literally impossible to take it seriously. So understand the people who don't believe me. I still don't talk much about it with people, simply because I get tired of the ridicule. But I get it. The thing that really irritates me tho is when people think I just don't know what I saw, or that I mistook what I saw. They always seem to say "bear" too. "You saw a bear, that's all.." That really irritates me and I feel almost insulted by it. I always ask, "Do you really think that I don't know what a bear looks like? I hunt bear for Christ sake!" As long as ive spent in the woods and all of a sudden I can't identify an animal that ive hunted since i was a kid? I know what a damn bear looks like. And i know exactly what I saw 30 yards away from me, in broad daylight, standing almost 10 feet tall, and looking directly at me, huffing and grunting. And I also know exactly what it absolutely COULD NOT HAVE BEEN, too. That's fine if people don't believe, or can't bring themselves to believe it. But don't insult me by trying to tell me what I "actually saw". You know what I mean?

    • @mattjack3983
      @mattjack3983 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@jeffbranchick1516 I sincerely appreciate your response tho bro. And I'm glad that forums like this exist where we can discuss this stuff without the ridicule. It's really difficult to see something so life changing, and not be able to discuss it seriously because everyone treats the subject like a joke. If I'm being honest, I really wish I had never seen these creatures. It's completely changed everything for me.

    Wes talks about big foot as an animal or ape to justify trophy killing or pseudo research, he's so terrified of them that at one time he wanted them wiped out, is that an answer for the lion and tiger too? Where in his religious training does it imply that man has the god given right to view nature as a source for their resources regardless of the fragile ecosystems that get destroyed. Great people like Jane Goodall and David Attenborough would be appalled as they had the guts to interact with wild guerillas. Why has he not learnt from his own chronicles, American native peoples, Les stroud, the amazing policeman in chronicles 335?

    Just curious as why you don't think a Sasquatch has been killed before? And why they think, in their selfish thinking that if "they" kill one, then that will make a difference . hundreds of years man and sasquatch have lived along side of each other, and you don't think someone has killed one yet. You might want to think what will happen when you do kill one. My guess is Sasquatch have adopted the "leave no man behind" moniker . so when, in the past, someone has killed one? The three of four others that are in the area, will do whatever is in their power to get their fallen comrade. Maybe Sasquatch need to kill someone on this research team to prove they exist. The who protection and conservation angle on this whole killing sasquatch is a joke. Sasquatch hasn't needed our help ever throughout history. But your going to be so selfish and think that we are going to save them? Your kidding yourself

    What's wrong with using a tranquilizer dart? If these creatures are as intelligent and human-like as much of the evidence suggests, killing one would be tantamount to murder. A half-dose of an elephant tranquilizer (kept frozen with liquid nitrogen) and projectile shaped with a custom low-velocity cartridge would do the trick, wouldn't it?? Seriously: "People making whoops and wood-knocks aren't doing these creatures any favors". . . . Well, I don't think shooting at them is doing them any favors, either. Just sayin'.

    I would agree that the only possible way to convince some people and the majority of the scientific community is to have an actual physical body of a Sasquatch. But that brings up the question who are you trying to convince of its existence other people or yourself? If you’ve had experiences in your life that have led you to believe a certain way religious experiences or in other various forms is what people tell you about those experiences changing your thought process? If you come to family members and friends and tell them about a spiritual experience you have had leading you to believe in say God if they tell you that you’re crazy and that didn’t happen is that immediately change your outlook on that experience? There’s thousands of people throughout the world that believe in things they have never actually seen or been able to physically touch but yet when you ask people to believe in and have some faith of hundreds of peoples accounts they want to call that crazy. If I hear or speak of somebody that has had a personal experience or encounter with a Sasquatch the majority of times they don’t want to talk about it is that they’re not so much concerned that other people are going to believe them it’s that they are going to have to face the ridicule of people that think they’re crazy or that it’s all made up. So I would ask anyone that has had an encounter or an experience if this truly happened to you and you know 100% in your heart and mind that it happened what does it really matter whether people want to believe you or not? If it happened it happened you’re not going to change what some people might think of you you’re not going to force them into believing you so therefore having to have physical proof like a body to prove to other people that these things exist seems like an attitude of wanting to prove it to the world and stick it to the nonbelievers instead of understanding that those experiences you had were special and unique to you why should you have to feel the need to prove it to others? Seems like more and more in our society we as human beings have this ego about us like everything in our world and everything we do Hass to make sense we have to be able to have 100% proof of it or it’s not real. This in my opinion is a very ignorant close minded shallow way of thinking we are not meant to understand everything in this world if we had complete knowledge of everything and proof of everything that ever existed what would be the purpose.

    I’d go hunting for these things myself but, w/ my luck I’d die 17 feet into the woods. Yeah, dead but not like in a cool or brave way at the hands of a massive Sasquatch. Family would get a corner report stating.. cause of death was due to serious wounds caused by a band of rabid flying squirrels.

    I find it a little f'd up that you'd ambush and murder a being that to all observations, appears to be a sentient creature; just to prove that you're correct about its existence. And the argument that recognition as a protected species would follow is bs. They're doing fine on their own.

    There is a guy on youtube that has several specimens. A juvenile almost in tact. Backstory is guy need peter said his dad shot an adult male and adult female with a buddy while hunting duck in rural new york. His dad had to cut the bodies up in order to carry em load them on the truck. Then a juvenile came out of no where they wanted to sell it to a zoo and not kill it. The thing when crazy on em so they killed it too. This happened in 1954 and he froze all the body parts and the juvenile. Dude has several videos showing the body parts.

    Consider this… There are new tribes of humans discovered from time to time…. Do we think one of them should be killed to prove they exist? How is this situation different?
    I agree we need DNA but let’s work on collecting a scat, hair, saliva or urine samples. That’s all you’d need to prove it.
    We should be respectful of them, and use these platforms for behavioral learning, safety training based on observed behaviors and raising money for DNA tests when samples are found. Caveman, ape, alien or something else, we should always be respectful. It’s our best chance of survival. If they experience even one human as a threat, the whole band will forever be more aggressive and defensive. Let’s be strategic and not screw up our potential for positive relations.

    We don't really know what they are, human or whatever, mostly because they are at least as intelligent as we are, are you sure murdering one is a great idea? For a lot of reasons? The idea of trying to protect them by murdering one of them somehow strikes me as a bit twisted. They don't want guns fired where their children and other family members are running around, they will sometimes wait it out until fishermen don't get done and leave to try to run them out. Their body size and agility is greater than average person but their reactions to us and toward us are fairly fair and humane and (if protective toward their group) reasonable.
