    I am a Filipino with a foreign partner. Am so grateful to you being very accepting and with good tolerance, I can only assume that you are in a neighborhood that doesn’t suit your preferences perfectly, Philippines is an island country and there will always and always a better place for the both of you guys. I pray you both have the best and with almighty God’s willing for you to be together again.

    All u said is real mam... Filipino is different from other Asian countries because...they mixed with the Island mentality easy going mentality, usero, don't care mentality, friendly and , open book. When u friends with Filipino is going to be friends forever...it's all good mam. Thank you for visiting the Philippine islands..

    I think its not trustworthyness issues but i think they were shy. You know pinoys mostly have low self esteem specially around Westerners. Its in our genes because of our countries history. Just dont puah it. If you wanna set some date for your bfs friends, Let your man do it because he is your bridge towards them. At least thats what im kinda think
    No. 2. Its not only being Marites (gossipers) but as i have said awhile ago its an admiration to you being a french in our humble country. For us you are the jewel of our Kababayan (your BF) so we we are kinda amazed how a could a Beautiful French being in a humble country with our simple kababayan as your Boo. To us its amazing. Its once in a lifetime. Its like cinderella story. So dont feel negative about it because its an admiration. Time will pass and it'll die down.
    No3 That is something we cannot change because its inherent. Just go with d Flow....

    Thank you for your honest opionion about Filipino cultures, thank you for describing your "likes" with Filipinos although it was mentioned at the second part which should be the other way around (not sure if this is one of European culture/style ha ha ha)
    Sad to hear about your dislikes/disappointments you've experienced with my fellow Filipinos, as much as I would like to defend that what you mentioned are not generally true, perhaps you're just unfortunate with those people, situations or places that you encounter and it just happen for many reasons. I knew European culture as I've worked and interacted with French, Germans, Dutch, British, etc and visited many European places. Europeans are very strict in plans or agreements, no late or cancellations, serious in life and works, less or limited night enjoyment only in bars, no unnecessary car honkings, etc. It may be related to our culture, but what I can advise to you is to reconfirm multiple times with Filipino friends before agreed plans/meetings, learn Tagalog language so that you can interact with locals and ask them you need privacy and they will respect you, as for the noise, difficult to change or improve, it's already practiced by many people, I'm not saying it's in our culture as myself and also many people hate loud karaoke past 8pm (I love karaoke singing but stop before night beacuse I don't like to disturb neighbors) and also hate unnecessary vehicle honkings, I think these are discipline issues for some people, but I'm sure you are aware many Euopeans have also cultural issues, like some are rude, aggressive, straight to the point doesn't care other feelings, not approachable, not friendly, among other things...anyway move on with your journey/visit here, cultural differences should not be a hindrance to your good relationship with your BF, don't stress yourself with the issues, have more fun while trying to learn how to manage to interact with Filipinos, good luck and wish you all the best for both of you.....

    I respectfully believe that it is difficult to find a country or people that can be considered perfect, regardless of the location. The most important aspect is that you have a pleasant experience at your destination. Well, if your trips are frequently canceled, there might be a reason behind it. Let's kindly refrain from making comparisons between ourselves and others, particularly if they belong to a different race. Have you ever considered if you may have made any mistakes throughout your life? Karaoke has become a beloved part of the lives of Filipinos throughout the entire Philippines. In the Philippines, it is common for people to use their car horns. When one visits New York City, it is noticeable that cars can be heard honking in various locations. Please always keep in mind that the Philippines is a warm and hospitable country. People are generally helpful, including individuals from different races, just like yourself. Let's focus on the positive aspects rather than dwelling on the shortcomings of others, whether they are individuals or nations.

      I agree with you, nothing is perfect pros come with cons and i accepted, if i didn't i probably wouldn't chose filipino and this destination. I will always make comparisons because i am human. We, humans spend our time comparing with others life, experience and belongings. I love the Philippines, i would never say the opposite and if you watch all my videos you might notice that i also say positive things, it's a 50/50.
      So, yes I will continue to be positive as you suggest but may i make you notice that your comment only quote the negative points i talked about.
      Maybe you could adjust your constructive comment by commenting also the positive things i said about the Philippines. Positivity comes from both sides 😊

Marion is a brunette and your ah blonde, She's a French actress in Hollywood 👍👍 Maybe if you stay here for about a year you adopt the culture here in the Philippines, But soon once you get married and stay here for good you say that "It's Only In The Philippines" So Nevermind about the people around you especially the "Marites" Just enjoy your life both of you as a couple hope you back again here in the Philippines 😊👍👍

    I was born and raised in the Philippines and I’m telling you, I hate what they call "Filipino time". I am always early and I always respect the agreed time. There was even this one time when i made plans with my friends and they made me wait for an hour. When they arrived, I really snapped at them so bad that they couldn’t utter a word. I was so mad. I hate people who don’t respect the agreed time or who don’t have word of honour. I also hate late night karaokes, excessive honking and marites. But I still love the Philippines. I’ve been living in France for more than a decade now but I still plan on going back home for good. Home is where the heart is. 😊

    I think being trustworthy is not the issue. Some of your plans might have been cancelled because of financial issues. Your boyfriend just doesn't want you to know it. Because if you're a minimum wage earner in the Philippines , going out sometimes is a bit costly.

    • @gowithflo7817
      @gowithflo7817  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yes i know some have financial issues we talk about it with my bf but its more cultural thing because i also experience that with rich and sometimes even we were the one treating it was cancel so yes from my experience its more because of their mentality than a money issue.
