Very happy to see that Food52 invited you and featured your recipe on their channel. Your roti belofying was 💯 on point! It also puffed up perfectly, as I hoped it would! Keep getting fancy invitations, you deserve the best of them Chetna!
Love your channel Chetna! Your recipes are super easy to follow and can’t wait to try out this recipe this weekend!! Looks amazing thank you!! You have inspired me to create my own channel and have some fun 👨🏽🍳😅
Gorgeous recipe, I’ve made it ...it is my son favourite cheesecake, I’m doubling the quantity now 😋 it is very rich but it is why we liked it also 😀thank you
😲 Wow that looks so good. Those bowls will be licked clean before they reach the washing up in our house, not sure we could bear to leave it overnight in the fridge either, we don't have that level of self control.
I can't remember exactly what the benefits are, but I was reading about peanut skins at one point and apparently they are quite good for health. I don't think you should remove the skins unless they truly bother you. 🙂 The cheesecake looked amazing! By the end of this video the clouds were covering the sky and I was praying for cheesecake rain. I think it's been too long lol. 😂 Thanks! 💜💚
@@FoodwithChetna And I cannot wait to make this recipe! I just have to be invited to go somewhere (minus Covid19) to share it with others. If I made it I would eat the entire thing!
Base set for 1/2 hour 250g choc digestives 100g melted butter Filling 600g cream cheese 100g icing sugar 400ml double cream Divide in 2 1. Add 100g crunchy peanut butter and put on base for 1/2 hour 2. Add 100g cooled melted chocolate and add to set layer 1 Ganache 200ml hot double cream 120g chocolate Add to cheesecake Rest in fridge overnight
I hope my family gets to hold it's annual Christmas celebration because I'm SO making this. I think my nieces and nephews will LOVE it. Thanks, Chetna, once again for a great recipe. (we had your butter chicken for dinner last night, yum!)
Hi dear, how long do we mix the cream cheese mixture with the 400 ml double cream in order to achieve stiff peaks? My mixture is still runny after a few mins :(
Anyone an Idea how I could replace the peanut butter layer? sadly a friend of mine is allergic to peanuts and nuts in general but I would like to do something like that for our next meet up. I thought of maybe a white chocolate layer but not sure if thats not to sweet
Have you ever considered having all of your ingredients, prepared and ready to go before starting the video? It makes it nicer to watch and listen to you describe the various methods or alternatives we could use. Just a suggestion, not a critique! 🙂
Love your recipes! I try them all the time. Thank you so much for sharing them!

Your mixer has a light??
YES
Food with Chetna What brand is it? I would love one, if it is otherwise a good mixer.

You can just leave it as a vanilla layer so just skip the peanut butter
