@@randyposs6281 my teaser this week would be using these teams in 2, 3 and 4 combos. Colts, Pats, Vikings, Bucs. I would have included the Cowboys as they are playing as hard or harder in their last 6 games as anyone. But when they ruled our Cee Dee Lamb for the year, i emilimated them.
@@lukeburow6935 i agree bettors who follow their power ratings, which drives them to play the number rather than the team or rather the team circ instances can get in trouble. There is a balance e that we all use that needs to be inclusive of other form of capping games and betting. Example: who could have predicted ted 10 points from the Steelers and 2 from the Texans. And then 6 from the Seahawks and 3 from the Bears. None of those could come from power ratings. All has to do with the time of year the injuries the weather and of course the need to win for the playoffs or lack there of. Great question: thank you
Playing "the number" is what successful sports handicapping is all about. The situation with the bowl games this season is unique, with the transfer portal moving lines and creating chaos like we've never seen before. The best advice is to stay up on the players' and coaches' moves and use common sense to evaluate the line moves. In the NFL, it's still the status quo. When you notice a major line move, you first need to check for injuries, as that's where most of the movement originates. Hope this helps.
