I’ve done this and it hasn’t help, even put it in a water bath, I make delicious cheesecake but have yet to learn to not have it crack 😩😂

Allisa & Zane, your Christmas Eve and Day celebration with both families are always fun, filled with laughter, jokes, tipsy talk and most importantly lots of love. Good times. A tip before you bake your cheesecake, put your pan in a pan with water to eliminate cracking and keep it moist. Also try baking the cooki dough on the cheesecake.
