I discovered this week that the RTX MSI 4060 gaming
    A.I.
I will explain the difference between the MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Gaming X and the "common" Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 cards.
    Performance:
The MSI GeForce RTX 4060 Gaming X has slightly better performance in terms of floating point (TFLOPS) and pixel rate.
It offers 15.94 TFLOPS of floating point performance, while the "regular" Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 offers 15.11 TFLOPS.
MSI's pixel rate is 83.04 GPixel/s, while the "regular" Nvidia has 78.72 GPixel/s.
MSI's texture rate is 249.1 GTexels/s, while the "regular" Nvidia is 236.2 GTexels/s.
    Other differences:
The MSI Gaming X is 130mm long, while the "regular" Nvidia is 111mm.
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 does not have RGB lighting.
In summary, the MSI Gaming X offers slightly higher performance and has RGB lighting, but is slightly larger in size.

Hi, can I ask you the right monitor for this video card? I would like it 240 Hz, 27'', native G-Sync certified, curved

Hey bro, it's a nice cool looking new design for the gaming X series. Thanks for unboxing this, I am getting this model for RTX 4060 (or 4060 ventus 2x) - though it does not have those strips led RGB under the fans like this 4060ti. It's a bit expensive comparing to other 4060s in my country, but I think the cooling system could cool it effectively. Currently I'm using 2060 Ventus and it's getting hot and slow after 6 years of service.

Have you replaced the thermal paste on that 2060 GPU? It surely has dried out which is probably the main cause of poor thermal performance.
I haven't tried the 4060 Ventus 2X. So, unfortunately can't comment on it. It looks basic🙂
As for the 4060 Ti GAMING X: I've used it for a while and must say that I'm impressed with its cooler. I've filmed a review on a hot day and the card stayed whisper quiet - th-cam.com/video/tZMBJb9jcPs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=EOLuC9iTxPg2dXKT

@@iVadimUnbox yes, i have. The last time I replaced thermal paste was mid-2023. Probably the fans got weaker and dry oil (don't know what word to describe this in English), but I think it's time to catch up with new tech and the gaming X design got me there :)

True. These things are built weak🙂 Planned obsolescence.

Hello, I have a question. I know the answer but I still want to ask you.
    I have a z97 motherboard that supports 3 x PCIe 3.0 x16 slots (x16, x8/x8, x8/x4/x4).
I am very pleased with the performance of my system and I can play every game easily. I am 1080p 144hz gamer.
I am currently using msi gtx 1060 6g and my graphics card is having difficulty playing games at ultra settings in some games.
I don't want to build a new PC for now. But I want to buy MSI GEFORCE RTX 4060 Ti Gaming X 16GB. does it work?
Do you think it will work fine at ultra settings if I install an RTX 4060ti?

If you want to see 120-144 FPS in the latest games then you will need a more recent CPU to go with that GPU. CPUs have come a long way since 4th/5th gen. The latest AAA games are quite CPU demanding.
