There's 16 US cups in a US gallon so that's 40oz of broccoli, assuming of course you had perfectly liquid broccoli. Lemme tell you, I do not want 40oz of liquid broccoli anywhere near me, that's nightmare fuel.

外人 can be used for any outsider, not just foreigners. Also, baka is written 馬鹿, and sugoi can be translated as any synonym of wonderful.
