I just visited their website after watching your video, but they don't have any parts of electric Vehicle parts. They only have ice 2 wheeler parts available on their website 😅

I own a four-year-old Ather 450X 2nd Gen that has covered 30,000 kilometers. The battery discharge rate is excessively high, limiting my range to just 30 kilometers on a full charge. I visited the Ather service center in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, to request a paid battery replacement but received an unhelpful response from the service technicians. Initially, they quoted 35,000 rupees for the new battery on January 4th, and I paid 20,000 rupees as an advance. However, when I revisited the service center on January 21st, they informed me that Ather Energy is no longer producing 2nd-generation batteries and offered a reworked battery for 35,000 rupees instead.
