Elizabeth and Zachariah Luke 1 Kids story

This is the story of Zachariah and Elizabeth and the birth of John the Baptist, found in Luke 1. We made this to use in our Sunday school and you're welcome to use it as well. We ask the children to reflect on the story afterwards and ask them open questions such as
Do you know anyone who has waited a really long time for something? What did they wait for?
Why was baby John so important?
What does this story teach us about how God works in people's lives?
It's always amazing what the children come up with and how God speaks to them.
