Please tell if Sub coastal line and transpyloric line are the same or not? In some record books, they've mentioned it separately. They did not use the word, 'Subcoastal or Transpyloric'.. im very confused please help

Sub costal line situated at upper border of L3
But transpyloric line present at upper part border of L5
