This is amazing! I would love to see a Youth Centre be built for a community lot so teen sims have a place to chill. I don’t know if you have those where you are, but here they’re places for teens to go chill and meet others. The one I used to go to had a big projector screen to watch movies or play video games, and I think that’d make a really cool lot!
Depends on what items you use for the food area, if you use the restaurant items I'm pretty sure you need to set it as a restaurant and so on. I went with generic, think that works with the university food stall thingy.

I did a Youth Rec Center for my teens. I used a park and added a building with tv , popcorn machine, games , outdoor play equipment, arts and crafts.
Why don't you make an ice cream parlor teens can hang out at? Or a camp site/bonfire hangout!

Gotten quite a few requests for an arcade, it's a cool idea but I've never been to one, need to do some googling for inspo lol
