Yeah, if you try like those buy/sell groups on fb you should be able to get one unsealed w/your choice of pc but a sealed one now would either be impossible to find or will be pretty expensive.
You can get it, as long as the standard edition is still a first press, you can check out hmv japan's website, they will write in the description whether photocard is still available.
