Very nice video with great production value. Thanks for this! Just upgraded to this piano from our Kawai K200 because we wanted more tonal clarity.

I love my U3A, 1984. Beautiful tone, balanced, clear yet warm.

I'm glad to hear you enjoy your U3! The benefit you get with the deeper bass and crisp treble, when compared to the U1, is pretty incredible! The U1 is already very nice and enjoyable but the U3 is no doubt an extra step up in quality :)

Great! it sounds like you have the P-121. That's a great starter piano and will work well for recording your performances.
I'd recommend recording directly into a DAW using the audio-out features on the back of your keyboard. You'll get a cleaner/better sound on a digital recording that way. Record as .wav or .mp4 files not as midi.
Thank you for watching! - Josh

@@PopplersMusic Nah, its not the keyboard. Its a upright (Yamaha P121 Silent) but instead of recording with the recording funktion, i want to record with mics

@@SunZR I see now! We use Shure mics.. SM81s I believe. I have found for uprights that it works well to mic the back where the soundboard is exposed. You can also open up the top and point the mics in from the top if you'd like. You'll need to experiment a little bit with which one you like better.
We then use an audio interface (Scarlett) into a DAW for a nice clean audio sound. I used to use a mic attached to my camera but we got too much feedback and that just wasn't high enough quality for what we wanted. If you go back through our channel and listen to older videos of acoustic pianos you may be able to hear the audio increase overtime as we learned and tweaked to make better videos.
      Have fun recording! - Josh

How many avid classical piano and I have a Yamaha CLP 745 my goal is to save up for a three that’s gonna be my next upgrade the sound quality is unbelievable in rivals that of a 6 foot grand piano the 52 inch Yamaha and white is absolutely stunning and it sounds incredible.
