I just noticed... Tim Price and Paul Allen were one of the only ones not "celebrating" and shaking hands, along with his mother, brother, Jean and himself. His mother has sunglasses on because "she's heavily medicated" or she's crying. Jean is obviously upset bc she feels love for him, and is helpless in this situation. Paul Allen absolutely stands stoic the entire time, and is not acknowledged, as if he weren't there... and Tim Price does the same just behind him until he finally goes up to pat Patrick's shoulder, a gesture of sorrow or sympathy, but is also unseen by everyone, and Bateman himself doesn’t even acknowledge him, as if he weren't there. If they were there, Price and Allen were the only two men who might've actually understood what Bateman was going through in that moment.

Walker was the first I saw in the role on Broadway, To me Matt Smith seems off. Although I do enjoy his version of Not An Exit as well. I guess it's just who you hear first in the part.
I wish I could see footage of Smith. Walker can sing but it seems like he is sort of saying the lines like he is hosting a game show more than playing a part.
Just saw a production of this in Chicago recently (my friend played Mrs. Bateman!) and this song has stuck with me. Gorgeous. So sad this show didn't get its due when it was on Broadway, but am grateful I finally got to see it here in Chicago.
Absolutely phenomenal. Gotta say though the only way this could be better is that if the confetti that gets thrown was red instead of white. Still, this is superb.
I was so lucky to have seen this live, just at the buzzer with the day before it closed. This song is easily one of my favorites and the whole audience was completely captivated.

Both Smith and Walker are fantastic in the role, however very different. Smith plays it more straight whereas Walker adds more emotion to it. It just depends on taste I suppose.
the play was canceled, unfortunately no one can watch it live anymore. I was one of the lucky ones, it was really live. I love it. I'm sorry you can't experience this awesome play.

I didn't think anyone could match Matt Smith, but Walker was incredible. This song is so powerful.
