It's a quick project. This is a perfect one if you struggle with patience. I'm right there with you on that 😉 I'm cheering you on Diane! Thanks for watching!
Absolutely beautiful and what a great find! I love the mural; it’s so whimsical and just gorgeous! You can’t go wrong with a Frame TV! I love your transformation! Love to watch you and your mom; great channel!
Thank you so much Joyce! The mural was pretty bold for me but it's my new favorite thing 💕All the details are slowly coming together. Thanks again for watching!
Hi Shelby :). Again you did another Amazing project! Your daughter will love her playroom so much for years to come 💕. I sure wish I had kept this very same Pottery Barn piece...I sold it years ago. And I have used this same technique on our $100 dining table and I LOVE it!! The wax/glaze makes it super durable for a table. Thanks for sharing with us 💗
@@LausDeoLiving Thank you!! It's such a good piece. The black was just a bit harsh for that space. I'm hoping the storage is super useful 💕 I'm glad that technique is holding up on your dining table. Mattie says if Quinn colors on it or anything I can use wax to fix it up again. I loved that because I can see her doing something where I might need to touch it up lol Thanks so much for watching and always leaving the sweetest comments.
I have a old pine farm table, that is very yellow, I want to just paint it black, but it would be nice to have the wood look. Can you get the Jolie in black?
The mural is gorgeous! I’m wondering what kind of glue did you use? I’ve ordered a couple of samples from them and was super surprised at the material it’s printed on.
I love it.!! It reminds me of the process I did many years ago. But the part that made it look like wood was a stain you brushed on it was dark. Then we put varnish over the top. I wonder if this wouldn't be a good Idea if it gets lots of little hands on it.? Or does the stain have a wax in it? Joyce
Thank you! Yes we'll share the living room soon. You can see a glimmer of how it was before in the pre-renovation home tour (th-cam.com/video/AiEn9d59l-I/w-d-xo.html). It had old paneling that was bubbling off the wall, a pony wall in the entry and an interesting built in with no spot for the TV. I'm currently DIYing a media console for that long wall, hunting for a new sofa, and adding curtains. So it'll be ready pretty soon for me to share with you guys 💗
Wow ! Beautiful !!!! Do you think this would work for bottom kitchen cabinets , and doing the tops all white ? Going for that cottage farmhouse two tone look . They have been previously with chalk paint and sealed with wax . By the previous owners . ❤️
I think it would work great in the kitchen! That tone of wood is getting super popular in kitchen design! This will be so much easier than stripping and staining. Thanks so much for watching Tracey 💕
Hi! The wallpaper is from a company in the UK called Woodchip and Magnolia. Here's the link - bit.ly/3s88N5O They shipped really fast and the mural was so easy to customize and preview based on the size of my wall.
What colors did you use. Unfortunately, I could not understand anything your friend was saying. Can you layout your steps etc. those baskets are gorgeous!
Hey Roseann! Yes it was hard to capture the audio on camera so I tried my best to add the subtitles. All the steps are written in detail on the blog post linked in the description 😊 The colors are Jolie’s Cocoa which is also linked in description. Thanks so much for watching.
Have you tried this finish before? What do you think?
I love how it turned out!
@@fawndearest Thank you!

This room is beautiful and the adjoining living room we got a glimpse of is stunning too.... is there a video coming of you renovating that?
