@no body Yeah now that you say, it does seem he may have some disability. The other cat too-Clio I noticed looks at him puzzled. Not sure if it's jealousy or Cleo can't "read" him since cats are all about reading body language.

I'll bet there are a good number of people who would love to have Cleo as a permanent family member in their home. I know I would!
The grey kitty looks to be a Russian Blue X. Cleo biffed him because he got too close, not because he was patted.
