Those pans have been around for a long time... it is the only way my mom made cornbread...and I am 61 and our pan was grandma's first... so they are NOT a new invention.
@@LadyDragonsblood, good to hear and I didn't say those pans were a new invention, but my point is, from a retail store, bakery, or restaurant point of view, I've never once seen corncob-shaped cornbread. It's always in rectangular form, it seems, so it's great that it can be made in proper corncob shapes from specialized pans that have been around for a very long time. :)
@@TorontoJon Good point. I do know, however, that some local restaurants use them... more so in the south. Where I went to college in Arkansas, the local mom and pop cafe we went to, served cornbread sticks with their beans or chili.... but yeah, a chain restaurant like Cracker Barrell could serve them, and it would be different.
Be safe when taking the spring down on the door. There are under pressure mighty pay to have that removed. How about rent a storage unit for a couple months and then bring it back. It would give you working room
Yard Sales are the best ways to find deals now a days. I found a blow mold 22" Santa Clause for 50 cents at a yard sale yesterday. Got a small pile of records, 2 cds and a local to me trivia game for 12 dollars as well. The records were some Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band, John Denver, Eddy Money and Paul Simon. The Cds were a Pink Floyd and Judy Collins. I will say record collecting is a deep hole to go down I have been collecting/hoarding records for 10 years now I have probably the close to the same amount of records as you do movies...
#LoveIsTheWinner If only I could actually get up in the morning and actually get out of the house (for something besides work), lol I would probably enjoy garage sales. Hey I'm 48 now, so maybe in 6 1/2 years I'll be on my lawn in the 55+ community hocking movies, lol. I always dig bookends, but I can never find anything I actually like (and at a price I can accept), so I end up with the cheapo metal ones (which at least last forever). On the library, leave at least some of the racks (yes, I'm sticking to defending them), I agree everything that's not part of the library needs to go through and remove (or decide what to do with), then build your shelves. The piles would drive me bananas as well. The important thing is to start and make a step everyday (or consistently at least).
I wish you wellin Florida. From someone who has left a relationship where someone made all my decisions for me and now have finally gotten out it makes me not be able to watch the way you always have to ask permission to buy stuff and not get what you want. It brings back to many !memories of the total control I was u set. I wish you well with your upcoming marriage and hope it doesn't end up like mine did.
As a Gen X-er and now part of the 55 and up crowd, I am almost offended that you would think we wouldn’t have cool stuff at a yard sale. I collect psychical media, play video games and like pop culture items. Don’t underestimate Gen X. We’re all still 19 years old in our minds. 😂
#loveisthewinner I started watching your videos about two months ago. The number one thing that I liked was how your videos were personal for me. I’m in Quakertown, PA so seeing you at the Qmart was great and the Allentown farmers market. I like seeing your videos at the Super Gigantic Garage sale and Jake’s. Now all these places in FL has no relevance. As you know you can never take the PA out of a born and raised Pennsylvanian. I think you will miss it here. Especially, during the fall. One thing that would get old fast is preparing for Hurricanes year after year. I know someone who moved back from FL because they got tired of moving all their furniture to the second floor each time there was a hurricane developing. The ocean’s water keeps getting warmer and warmer and that’s why there has been 5 or more hurricanes a year now. The numbers keep increasing.
Do you mean in terms of far more rust with cars from Pennsylvania due to salt on the roads during wintertime compared to Florida cars with a much warmer climate?
@@RetroRestStop I wouldn't bother replying/justifying yourself anymore you got like same question only the other day most probably from the same person
I think her name was Amber. also if you don't use those book ends for your friends dvds or blurays i'll be sad.LOVEISTHEWINNER . also couldn't you keep those racks to put your inventory for your store on?
Never gonna get sick of yall, it's nice how good your energies match.
Aw!!! I love this 😊
i love the album cover on the christmas record you guys bought! it’s so classic and very cozy. great video, dave and dani! #loveisthewinner
I’m jealous you’re now living in Florida I love it there . Some day I hope to own a vacation home there :)
To answer your last question, "yes" 😆 🤣
Is it me or does the room for the new library look smaller then the old one 🤔
11:49 The incredible two-headed transplant hahaha
7:30 I honestly think making cornbread in the shape of corncobs is a brilliant idea, Dave. I'm surprised that no bakeries have ever thought of it. :)

Those cast iron cornbread molds are great for making poo shaped brownies.
😂😂😂
Put some of your boxes with movies up on those hanging garage shelfs to make room.. Should use them before you take them down..
💯
@Knapp712 i was thinking that too. he should use them. those hanging shelfs are very useful.
Listen to this wise people babe ❤

@RetroRyan no worries. just letting you know you could see it if you wanted. I don’t remember what video its in though. 🤣
All the old people have purged their belongings before moving to Florida for retirement. If they have bluerays, they are still watching them.

Crazy how all that media can fit . Are the glass cabinets going in there to
