I came to otakuthon with friends who aren't niji fans, and since i wanted to eat lunch with them and hang out, i was only able to catch the last 30 minutes of the concert (despite having bought tickets the day before). So when the guard told me I couldn't go in bc they need to scan our badge at the beginning, i was devastated... I was ready to just sit outside the door and listen to what i could hear in sadness, BUT! This one really nice volunteer girl at the door told me she'd let me in as long as I can show her my receipt, which I did. I'm so grateful to her because i got to hear them sing God Sees All! The feeling of immense disappointment followed by immense excitement and gratitude paired with suddenly hearing the girls' beautiful voices loudly on speaker was enough to make me tear up and i legit cried happy tears throughout the rest of the concert 😆 Even though i only heard 3 songs it was still worth every penny just from the rollercoaster of emotions while attending the live concert

I don't know why, but hearing that there were people who didn't know what was going on during the Wotagei Chant makes it all the more hype when it happened.
I saw this whole concert live and it was so scuff but also just so fun, peak niji en energy. Let me tell you hearing the taiga chant in diamond city lights LIVE chanted by a whole AUDIENCE OF LIKE AT LEAST 600 PEOPLE was an experience i will never forget, it was so good.
I was there with my friend who only really knows about Niji through the things I've shown him (before that weekend he hadn't even heard some of the girls's voices since i havn't shown him all that much) and he was SO bewildered when the whole audience suddenly started screaming like maniacs during the first song, right after it ended he forced me to explain it to him efkjvnfejn
I sat a little further to the back since im bad with being surrounded by noise, but it also let me get out fast enough to get one of the very few (read: 45 split evenly among all 5 of them, meaning 9 each) pre-signed boards that they had on sale. It might not be personalized, but I will still treasure Nina's signature.
You are very far with 600. There was more than 2500 tickets sold for the concert. But you’re right that it was awesome
@@chouin023 are you sure? the lady my friend got the ticket from at the ticket stand said that the concert hall could fit 2000 people and based on the general headcount when i got in (about 5 minutes before the concert started) it was legitimately between 600-800 people in the room.

Since I did my own timestamps, the time’s slightly vary from the description and I added some other timestamps, such as the unofficial setlist songs. their God sees all perf really made me feel like I was seeing god holy shit, THE HARMONIES Is soooo good it was scratching the right part of my brain and Enna's Rap from Uki's line in Stuck in the abyss fit so well it I truly saw god while hearing that
God, you don't know how HAPPY it makes me to hear Elira sing Resonance. SOUL EATER was my EVERYTHING back in the day. Read the whole manga, watched the anime, and am currently desperatly hoping for a FMA: Brotherhood style remake of the anime (since the anime split off from the manga halfway through the manga).

From this perspective, I think I was sitting somewhere behind you haha. Thanks for the upload. It was a fun concert. I don't know what I expected from a Vtuber concert but it was a fun experience. Virtual to Live gosh darn good. Fuwa fuwa, ETERNAL BLAZE, God knows along with Zankoku and many others were pretty hype. Also, that's not how an Encore works haha.
Without the chant, Diamond city lights is not the same.
