Man, I remember watching the full behind-the-scenes video about this song. The band members only did the foreplay and all scenes that include their faces. Everything else was done with porno actors and actresses with doubles for each band member. Till Lindemann jokingly said "How do I explain this to my mother" while in the make-up trailer.
According to Paul ( one of the guitarists), Till wrote the lyrics for this a loooong time ago. And for every album they made he constantly tried to use the lyrics for any song he could. The other members just thought it whas just too silly, but they finaly let him have it so he would just stop nag about it :)

It's cool that you appreciate their live shows. If any band is worth a deep dive in to their live shows, it's Rammstein. But you've been missing out on their videos. You gotta go back and watch all the official videos. Also, I'm sure others have pointed it out, but according to the band they used body doubles.
About the lyrics: For Rammstein there is a lot of English text. But also in the German parts Till intentionally uses German words (partly) known also in English: "Blitzkrieg mit dem Fleischgewehr" - at least "the blitz" became an English word; "Mercedes Benz und Autobahn" - both well known in English (I never thought that one can describe sexual intercourse with this word combination); "Steck Bratwurst in Dein Sauerkraut" - both nouns well known in English; etc. As so often with Till's lyrics: well thought and arranged words, a play with double meanings and several possible interpretations - which make Rammstein lyrics so ingenious and different to most other rock bands.

Me too. Saw it two weeks ago. I was frustrated with TH-cam blurring out the breasts and kissing so googled the uncensored version and saw a lot more than what I expected. I think they band don't use body doubles in the first half of the video when they are getting it on and then in the second half the body doubles are only used for the bottom half of their bodies.

The band apart from Till were naked behind their instruments and on the set just stripped off their dressing gowns without strapping on their guitar first or standing behind keyboards or drums. The extras who were rolling around together wore flesh coloured jock straps. Then the band join in with them and also were wearing flesh coloured jock straps by then. It's really homoerotic. But, in my opinion the unrivaled best video of all those he directed is Mein Land. Such a good song and such a great video. Im telling you, if you don't see it, you are missing out!
