Thinking about relocating to the Tri-Cities? I'd love to tell you all about the area, the different cities and towns, and show you the homes that are available in your price range. Drop me a note anytime!
I love kennewick. It's a great place to raise a family. Lots to do in the summer and the fall is really pretty. We've gotten more snow in the winters but I love it. I just stay inside where its warm and go out when I want to shop. Although when there is fresh snow a drive down Columbia park is I hate to say this but picturesque, something out of a bob ross painting. Ya you wouldn't like it here. nope
Tri cities is the next boomtown area!! I been thinking about moving there, plus i do like that it's closer to other major cities and closer to the oregon and Washington coast.
What is the crime rate like, I’m going into law enforcement and this seems like a wonderful place to live but I don’t wanna be somewhere with an insane amount of shootings or drugs
Sure when I pass my NCLEX-RN, Tricities and Spokane are on my list. My family lives in Spokane. Also a nice place. Love the evergreen state, and i love that it has four seasons. ❤ With the climate change that's been happening, heat is unbearable, tornadoes, flooding, no way i would live in the southern states, CA, and FL. Not a good move to invest a property. Years will come and this thing is for sure. People and should seriously think about it.
This will depend some on when you visit, but if you're here in the summer time, I suggest going to all there farmer's markets because the fresh produce is spectacular. You could paddleboard on the Columbia, or take a cruise. Definitely visit the wineries. Even if you don't like wine, the views and the relaxation is top notch. If you can tour the Hanford Reactor, you should do that. Definitely go to the Hanford Reach Museum. I'd stay near Columbia Pt., because then you're generally centrally located.
Hey there, love the video! I’m moving to Washington next year right before winter but I still haven’t decided what part. I hate snow and don’t like many rainy days. I’m moving from MD because the humidity here is terrible and MD just isn’t the place for me. What place would you recommend in WA? My friend suggested Spokane but I saw that snow rank is on 44.9 💀 I really didn’t like when I saw that rank, city is beautiful but I can’t stand long snow days. Is Richland a place you would suggest? Or what would places would have the best weather with the least rain and snow days. Thank you so much 🙏
Thanks, Valeria! If you're not a fan of snow or rain, then we're your spot! All of the Tri-Cities is relatively dry overall and we have pretty mild winters. Shoot me a message at cari@carimcgee.com and we can go over some specifics!
Hey guess what The base fee for residential water utilities in Kennewick, Washington is $25.13 as of 2020 The only reason I know this is because I saw it in the video "20 minutes of useless information"
All the complainers don't know how good they have it lol. I'm feeling ready to abandon inflated Seattle area real estate prices and mismanaged local government for some peace and freedom in tri cities.
