- In the second part of my explore of the delights of Neath Port Talbot we take the Bongo to Margam Park, just outside Port Talbot. A stunning location in itself with a wealth of lovely and ancient monastic ruins to explore. If you choose to venture beyond the park itself there are a wealth of walking and mountain biking trails.
In this episode we feature a few popular but glorious locations within an hours' walk of the car park, including the turquoise reservoir that has become a bit of an Instagram Hit! the remains of a World War 2 radar station which happens to have stunning views of Swansea Bay and beyond and the restored medieval Monks' Bath.

Lovely peaceful & tranquil video of an area most people wouldn't associate with beauty bearing in mind the massive Steelworks dominating the landscape. Will take a look next time we are in Wales in our Bongo!

Great video of Margam Park and surrounding area, really enjoyed it, love the reservoir colour, thank you for sharing.
Great place. I’ve never been to. Can we do a picnic there? I mean take our chairs, rugs, food, drinks and enjoy a day out with friends??
