She went out with the two Spencer brothers because she did not know who to choose and in addition after the departure of Steffy following his motorcycle accident which cost him his child. As much, I blame Steffy for his interference in the events in Aspen and Cabo. But, he hasn't forgotten that Hope is so much responsible for her own woes. I so wanted them to take Steffys character in another direction, similar to her powerhouse matriarch Stephanie Forester. You would think they would have let Steffy & Thomas become the winners but they've rewrote the Brooke/Taylor storyline making Steffy constantly lose & chase after a man that constantly stomps on her heart. In regards to the kissing vs sleeping with someone, I think it depends on the situation. Steffy slept with Bill because Liam betrayed her first. She made a mistake because she was hurting and not thinking straight. Liam might only be “kissing” Hope but he was emotionally invested and that makes a difference, to me anyway.
Hope still has the best chemistry with Thomas.
Two years from now Liam does the same thing with Steffy and gets her pregnant although she wants Finn to raise his baby

The thing is Steffy and Liam were married when Steffy went and slept with Liam's Father Bill! Steffy and Liam weren't married when she walked in on him and Hope!
