[東方 MIDI Re-Arrange] Seiga's Theme - Old Yuanxian

I hate facing against Seiga in touhou 13 but god her theme goes so hard
I don't know what style i was going for, i just wanted to just midi-rearrange it for fun as usual in the usual touhou style
