+sonofaballer96 That's debatable. You have Michael, Kobe, LeBron and Steph who are all tremendous scorers. Michael could score in all kinds of ways. Mid-range shooting, master at the post game, can finish at the rim, shoot off the dribble, incredible foot work, good passer, OK 3 point shooter and was incredibly efficient on offense. Mike's only weakness on offense was 3 point shooting. Kobe can do it all like Mike. But he has way better handles before the injuries to his fingers and he's not the greatest 3 pointer shooter but still a good one. The only weakness on offense for Kobe has was shot selection. 45-46% shooting is still good but not great while Mike shot the ball at 48-50%. LeBron is a great scorer but not a good shooter. His jump shot and free throws are his only weaknesses. So is his post game and foot work. But probably doesn't need it cause dude is a beast when he scores in he paint. That's where he gets his point most. He'll get it going by scoring outside the paint sometimes. But he'll get his the most in the paint cause most guys who are defending him can't stop a 6'8 250 pound SF who has great speed and strength. LeBron is probably the weakest of the 4 in terms of being the best offensive player. Steph is a monster on offense. While he doesn't have the the great foot work and the great post game like Mike and Kobe, but he's way better shooter than they were. The guy can shoot off the dribble, has great, great handles and can finish at the basket. Possibly better on offense than Mike and Kobe. You can debate that. But as overall....not yet. Mike and Kobe are known to be more of a complete player since they play both ends of the floor. Steph is still young and is a decent defender, but can he improve on that? We'll see.

Here's a small example of why Kobe and Dwight didn't work out. After Kobe sits down and Dwight gives him a high five, it's kinda hard to see, but Dwight starts imitating Kobe's "intense" face and the assistant for the Lakers looks at Dwight and doesn't even smile or anything. I mean, Kobe's all serious and intense trying his best to win the game and Dwight is imitating Kobe during a close game? They couldn't be more of opposites.
+peterdabest94 It's cool to clown and be like that but Howard would be clowning around the whole game. He never got serious. Other players clown around too but dude their times to put that shit aside and get serious about your business.

I was at that game. Kobe had the last shot for the win and rolled his ankle on Dahntay Jones' foot. But the A. that night was Kobe's house. From the CNN center to the arena it was purple and gold and 24s . I have been to many Hawks games, but that night was electric!!! Awesome clip. But the crazy thing is he was just getting started. The 4th was crazy.
To all you arguing who's better between LBJ and Kobe heres my answer, even though Lebron may be better statisticaly Kobe will give you 110% effort for you every night he is one of the best skilled players in the league he will find ways to score he doesn't lay down and quit he keeps going sometimes even with an injury,so who would you rather have,LBJs who needs icepacks just for little things that don't hurt that much,or a guy who is a hardened veteran who comes to play every practice and every game ill let you decide
What? Did you not see all the people wearing kobe jerseys? Ya Kobe's brand traveled everywhere...statue in China. International. Kobe made himself the world's most recognizable athlete without the media on his side
Remember though...Kobe severely sprained his ankle on that last second game winner attempt in this game...Dahntay Jones undercut him. Lakers were fighting for a playoff spot very late in the season, so Kobe rushed his recovery time. He played 40 plus minutes on that sprained ankle until his achilles just couldn't handle it anymore.
+prettyflacko Yea man, that was the Vino season. Some of the best basketball we ever witnessed Kobe play. At 35 years of age at that. Had D'Antoni not work horsed him, and that achilles never blown i believe Kobe would still be playing close to this level.
+WBKsportsHistory I cant believe that this isn't addressed as a significant factor in causing that injury wow like they never even talked about that...
+sswise12121212 It's the media pushing their dumb agenda on people. He tore his Achilles because he injured his left leg multiple time vs the Warriors. It had nothing to do with age.
Gives me chills watching the old Kobe highlights, appreciate that I was able to witness him live on TV only wish I'd been able to see a game. No player had the same tenacity and the only other player with such a strong mid-range game would be MJ or T-Mac and even they aren't close.

Kendrick Hudson Yeah, especially when it's Kobe's last year, haha. Sorry, but ATL will be overtaken by Kobe that day.
I was at this game. Always was a LBJ fan but on this day seeing kobe destroy his opponents in person made me Respect his game so much more. Honored I got to see this man play. RIP Mamba
Kobe...when he plays...u gotta have chills....I swear
I’m at work tired and this popped up on my feed.
Thank you Kobe for the motivation
Here's a small example of why Kobe and Dwight didn't work out. After Kobe sits down and Dwight gives him a high five, it's kinda hard to see, but Dwight starts imitating Kobe's "intense" face and the assistant for the Lakers looks at Dwight and doesn't even smile or anything. I mean, Kobe's all serious and intense trying his best to win the game and Dwight is imitating Kobe during a close game? They couldn't be more of opposites.
+peterdabest94 It's cool to clown and be like that but Howard would be clowning around the whole game. He never got serious. Other players clown around too but dude their times to put that shit aside and get serious about your business.
pnjabimunda8 couldn't have said it best
truuu. but i was never gonna workout after kobe posterized dwight
it*
Damn they're on the same team? I tot Howard once elbowed Kobe and Kobe called him "Soft"?
lol damn, you'd think they were at staples. Kobe getting MVP chants in atl. I remember when he dropped 61 against the knicks and they were chanting MVP too.
Ladies, gentlemen and my future grandchildren... kobeeeeeeeeeee bryant. 💔🏆🎖🏅🥇🏆

2:04 "That's my fucking nigga" lmaoooooo
Thought I was the only one who saw that
U wrong... He SAID "that's my fucking GUY right there" 😔😔😔😔
There will never be another man as close to MJ as Kobe was... and they both knew it.... RIP
I've probably watched this video a million times already, but I swear I get chills every single time that I do 💯💯
I don't believe anyone in the history of the game worked harder than Mr Bryant. #1 LEGEND
i got into a Frenzy just watching this
That's me right now
RIP Kobe, one of the greatest of our generation.
Always come back to watch this, Mamba was just amazing
I was at that game. Kobe had the last shot for the win and rolled his ankle on Dahntay Jones' foot. But the A. that night was Kobe's house. From the CNN center to the arena it was purple and gold and 24s . I have been to many Hawks games, but that night was electric!!! Awesome clip. But the crazy thing is he was just getting started. The 4th was crazy.
Damn, I miss kobe
the most completed arsenal in basketball. if only kobes body could give him another 5 years !! hate to know hes gone
Damn this made me cry
😭😭😭
Wait. How did you know that kobe is gone and your comment is in 3 years?!!
Im freaking out men
Are you in tge future
@@cyrusgutierrez3585 retired
@@cyrusgutierrez3585
That got me for a minute too until I realized he was talking about gone as in Retired.
RIP Kobe Bryant!
Damn I miss watching Kobe play, RIP 🐐.
I was at this game in Atlanta. I live in Atlanta but we was rooting for Kobe.
One of the greatest videos I’ve ever seen.
Man I was at that game 💯 Rip 2 the🐐💔
To all you arguing who's better between LBJ and Kobe heres my answer, even though Lebron may be better statisticaly Kobe will give you 110% effort for you every night he is one of the best skilled players in the league he will find ways to score he doesn't lay down and quit he keeps going sometimes even with an injury,so who would you rather have,LBJs who needs icepacks just for little things that don't hurt that much,or a guy who is a hardened veteran who comes to play every practice and every game ill let you decide
***** You see if Lebron's still got the same determination at 34,35, doubt it
***** "shoots"
Drama queen, flop king, cry baby, same thing. Looks like Lebron is out for the season from a groin stretch.
Overrated lebron finally getting exposed after joining the Lakers
@@sukikang7170 Yeah lol, but there will always be fans out there saying he's a good defender after one chase down block.
The way he played last night is special. That dunk on Barnes look like his legs got even younger
Is this the Staples Center?? Kobe was loved and respected, man!! Miss you my guy!
Best EVER no shade on any other players. The eye don't lie . Kobe was DAT DUDE !!
You're my GOAT Kobe!
you know yo team sucks if the opposing team crowd is cheering for another player that is putting on a show
IronLordOmega. people come to see the greatest whether he's your team or not
this was only when kobe got there
50 win atl team
This when the hawks were somewhat good lol laker nation just deep
What? Did you not see all the people wearing kobe jerseys? Ya Kobe's brand traveled everywhere...statue in China. International. Kobe made himself the world's most recognizable athlete without the media on his side
1:32 most beautiful fadeaway in history
one of the only celebs i’ve seen that was loved just as much when he was alive
i really love watching Kobe's skills.
i cant tell if this is a home or away game for the Lakers
kobe's achilles was hanging on for dear life
Remember though...Kobe severely sprained his ankle on that last second game winner attempt in this game...Dahntay Jones undercut him. Lakers were fighting for a playoff spot very late in the season, so Kobe rushed his recovery time. He played 40 plus minutes on that sprained ankle until his achilles just couldn't handle it anymore.
+WBKsportsHistory and he was playing at a high level too. dam
It had nothing to do with age.
when the crowd got hype the hawks announcer played the "lets go hawks" chant to get the crowd back on their side. haha
Gives me chills watching the old Kobe highlights, appreciate that I was able to witness him live on TV only wish I'd been able to see a game. No player had the same tenacity and the only other player with such a strong mid-range game would be MJ or T-Mac and even they aren't close.
Man I love Kobe my FAVORITE player ever #RIPKOBE
