    About Sheepdog Response:
Sheepdog Response was founded by Green Beret, Special Forces, Sniper, and former top 5 UFC Middleweight, Tim Kennedy. Tim was also the co-star of Hunting Hitler on the History Channel, and more recently, Hard To Kill, on the Discovery Channel.
People face threats of violence every day, ranging from large-scale terrorism to one-on-one assaults. Most people are unprepared, unequipped, and untrained to respond effectively. This weakness in the flock allows the wolves to attack with great ease and success.
The answer is not more laws. The wolves don’t follow them. We must give the good guys the tools they need to effectively respond to violence. The more Sheepdogs we can train to be truly ready to respond to a mass shooting, terrorist attack, violent mugging or home invasion, the better the chances are that the bad guys will get what they deserve and the good guys will survive. Most people sign up for martial arts or weapons training expecting to learn realistic self-defense, and few get it…
We have developed a curriculum that addresses the skills you need to successfully respond to threats

    TL,DR:
Controlled Pairs is a youtuber, Double Tapping is something from "adult movies".
    You're welcome. ^_^

I don't know if it's bad habit or not but I've shot so much there anything within 7 yards it's more of a feeling. I'm still looking at the site picture but I'm running that trigger as fast as I can. I think after your shoot so much for a while it just becomes a feeling. Those rounds go exactly where I want them to.Anything past 7 yards definitely have to slow it down a little and get that site picture. Anything with movement changes everything. There are so many variables. In my opinion the more you train the better you get. It's really that simple.

Anyone can explain what he means by sight pictures and 3 sight pictures?

With a double tap, you're quickly firing two shots off your first sight picture. With controlled pairs, you're reacquiring your sight picture after recoil since the shots are spaced apart more. Hit the range!

Sight picture is proper sight alignment while aimed at the target you intend to shoot. In regards to controlled pairs: 1st sight picture is acquired followed by your shot, 2nd sight picture followed by your 2nd shot. The more you practice, the faster/better you are able to acquire your 2nd sight picture. The 3rd sight picture is after your 2nd shot, while your firearm is still on target. Dependent on the situation and/or drill, you might continue shooting or stop.

Vtac targets: Viking Tactics - Kyle Lamb, former Delta. On the backside there's 3 circle bulls and some geometric shapes. Awesome targets! High quality paper.
