About a year ago I found a few of your videos on personal finance and debt. They stuck out to me in the sea of information and I used that info to become completely credit card debt free in less than a year payong off over $20k. I wasn't sure it was possible, but here we are!
I don't think your videos get enough views, but I want you to know the info you put out is so valuable. Please keep it up!
I promised myself that if I reached my goal, I'd come back around to say thank you. Your free knowledge has made a big impact in my life. Thank you.

That is beautiful, very good job 🙌😎. Next step is building a 3-6 month emergency account, after that to invest 10-20% ( i like the vanguard s&p 500 eft or index fund), while saving for a down payments for a home.
To buy a home: no more than 33% of your net monthly income on a 15 years mortgage.
Take your time and enjoy the process, take 5-10% and have fun on your way to financial freedom.
Remeber money is a tool. That's all it is, you should have mastery over it. But don't forget God, Family, health and love.

8:13 standard home... bro that is not standard im guesin that house is worth at least 1/2 a million if not a full mill or more depending on location.

The more expensive the home, usually the more maintenance. Cars can be purchased with cash, a 1k-10k car and then keep saving and buying something more reliable
