About a year ago I found a few of your videos on personal finance and debt. They stuck out to me in the sea of information and I used that info to become completely credit card debt free in less than a year payong off over $20k. I wasn't sure it was possible, but here we are! I don't think your videos get enough views, but I want you to know the info you put out is so valuable. Please keep it up! I promised myself that if I reached my goal, I'd come back around to say thank you. Your free knowledge has made a big impact in my life. Thank you.
That is beautiful, very good job 🙌😎. Next step is building a 3-6 month emergency account, after that to invest 10-20% ( i like the vanguard s&p 500 eft or index fund), while saving for a down payments for a home. To buy a home: no more than 33% of your net monthly income on a 15 years mortgage. Take your time and enjoy the process, take 5-10% and have fun on your way to financial freedom. Remeber money is a tool. That's all it is, you should have mastery over it. But don't forget God, Family, health and love.
Yea your so right man everything you said on point, and don't even get me started on all these false guys glorifying debt, life thats not real financial freedom
2:00 at least the car loan is the only realistic debt she has... a business debt for a bad business though lord oh lord help her she gonna need some sugar daddies plural.
The more expensive the home, usually the more maintenance. Cars can be purchased with cash, a 1k-10k car and then keep saving and buying something more reliable
Keep it up Tommy. Such genuine Content and a genuine soul. The world needs this account to grow! God bless 🙏🏼
I appreciate that!🙏
Not only that how about property taxes annually the bigger the property the more you pay on taxes
It's more expensive in every way usually
Crisp looking video and I appreciate the editing
Thank you brother
