Can we met critera with Opportunity WhatId Starts With 006? As we did in orevious use case?
Yes we can
Hi Himanshu, When I implemented the scenario, even though I mentioned whatId=opportunityId, all other tasks were also deleted. What should I do? I only need to delete the particular opportunity task.
If you added the filter to delete only those records where whatId = opp.Id, then it shouldn't delete all other records. It should only delete the tasks linked to this opportunity. There's some other mistake maybe.
@@salesforcemakessense Thanks for your response, finally i did it. I added extra conditions Status!=Completed&&WhatId=opp.Id&&Whatid is Null False. Now its working fine.😊
