Direct question to Mr. Bwala is where you present at the interview or one on one discussion the President must have had with Governor Wike before he was assigned the Portfolio to be the FTC Minister? This man was carefully selected for this position with assignments and expectation, therefore for anyone to be cruising him to make him look bad is totally wrong. Aside from ensuring that structures are not where they are fully authorized to be the people in Abuja are seeing the efforts, he is making to make life easy for them. The train project that was supposed to be commissioned in June of 2023 is an example making life easy for the people to live in the outskirt of Abuja is also one of his responsibilities. This is not the first time Mr. Bwala is echoing this issue of demolition, maybe he has properties in unauthorized zones to be so concern about the statement made by Governor Wike. We saw the President even made a joke in one of the events they met recently when he referred to him as the landlord and said he did not want any land from him but would be rife in the train. The President has the work cut out for Governor Wike in Abuja and side criticism might just be a waste of time. The Governor has a direct boss now who is the President with whom he must consult before taking certain actions on his job. On the issue of Governor Wike being expelled at the appropriate time the country is waiting to see when. When the president campaigned on inclusiveness it is believed that he had the intention of extending appointment to opposition parties, therefore if PDP decide they are expelling Governor Wike for accepting to work under the ruling party, the world is watching. About three other parties on the opposition met with the current National Chairman of APC lobbying for inclusiveness in appointments with the ruling party. This is the first time we see this happening in the Nigerian politics. The PDP in fact should be grateful; to the President to appoint one of them as a Minister. For the development and interest of the country, it would be counterproductive for PDP to be dwelling on Governor Wike's decision to serve the nation through the ruling part.

The truth of the matter can be summarised that the Master plan being talked about is a land use plan's made in two sections of FCC (phases1to5)and Regional areas or satellite Towns.
The land uses has purposes for what that land should be used for, anything outside that uses is termed violations which Gov. Wike is talking about. Then the issues of Aso Rock/ villa called three armed zone y do u think its been named like that, Barracks locations, ASokoro, Guzape Districts are land classified as woodland/ Green land in the Master plan better called Land bank's. Land use like this is for special uses that come under government users(public uses) that require special conditions/ criteria b4 selection which Aso villa, Barracks, NIA, and other government uses fell.
