@Joe Arroyo, it sounds like from your comment that your gate is opening randomly without any user input, is that correct? My first guess would be that you are using an automatic exit loop, or probe, or some type of sensor to open the gate for you when you exit. Most commonly used are in-ground automatic exit loops, which will decay and fail over time. When they are starting to fail they can send false signals to the gate to open.

@@totalsecuritywarehouse3621 I would like to thank you for the information that you’ve given me I don’t have a loop system there’s only a automatic door opener that I press and close when I’m not in the area I noticed on my security camera that the gate open automatically

@@Pumphouse51440 I might suggest checking your gate operators error log, if it has one. This might give some insight to what is going on. If you are using radio controls to open your gate, it is possible you may be receiving some interference. If your radio controls have DIP switches to change frequencies you might try that. This sounds like a good time to call an expert in to take a look at your system.

Cant get the gate to open. its shows code 57.Cant get the remotes to work. I have a SL3000 .Who do I call?

An error code 57 is indicating a Limit Error and/or Stuck Switch. Take a look at the operators limit switches, cables to and from the limit switches, and the connections between the cables and limit switches.
You can locate a servicing dealer here, www.liftmaster.com/locate-a-dealer, but a good gate operator technician can sometimes be hard to find. The American Fence Association, www.americanfenceassociation.com/, and the North American Fence Contractors Association, 4nafca.com/, also provide leads to qualified technicians.

@Evelyn Juan, you can restart the LiftMaster SL3000UL gate operator by removing the plastic cover, and turning the AC power switch off, then back on.
