There's a bit of a reminder of Santal 33 but not intensely, It's loads of Sandalwood though with Dark, Earthy Vetiver with Spices and lots of Leather.

This is something special and unique house really Love this house and I personally own 3 scents from this house
CoSTUME NATIONAL homme parfum is my current fav among all.
after using homme and soul became a huge fan of these house..and specially they are easy to find and prices are very reasonable here in turkey..now the cyber green is on my radar

Just picked up Scent Intense (I hear it’s marketed towards women but it’s slightly masculine leaning unisex to me), and I love it. Getting Soul next as I have a decant of it and it’s also great. I like Homme and Homme Parfum but not enough to rush to get a full bottle. Curious about Secret Woods!
Well, after your describtion of the dark and earthy forest - vibe, I just HAVE to give it a try. I am searching a fragrance that projects the vibe of sitting on a camp fire in the forest on a warm summernight, dressed in clothes of natural leather. Maybe this one can bring me a bit nearer to a fragrance like that.
I'm from EU, Latvia, I have it for fiew weeks, like it! Agree with you, really "dark" fragrance, see some similarity with Amouage Interlude.
In fact, I am testing the scent right now. For me it has a striking similarity with Interlude Man.
I’m one who considers Interlude Man to be the GOAT so that’s high praise IMO

I love this brand, love that they use IFF perfumers and that they're very particular about their ingredients. I just wish they were easier to get here.

I actually wore CoSTUME NATIONAL I today, great fragrance. On secret woods, smelled it and it wassnt for me too woody and even a bit sour on my skin.

Well i switched my fragrance of the day to this new kick ass discovery and its called JBC Number 8 Antoinette Lord have mercy did i score a kick ass Fragrance Sabastian....I am in love with this house...JCB!!!!Boisset Collection...I want all of them....Very nice Review Sabastian.....

Just got this & love it. There’s a invigorating freshness here & when it’s conjoined with the dark woody, spicy notes, it creates a unique experience of cold light seeping through the damp cool forest floor
Enjoyed the review! I would like to try it and Soul. Cyber Garden is great! Homme is too sharp/ spicy with the cardamom for me.

around 70$ 100 ml.. Do you think "Secret Woods" could be used as a woody base in a layering combo with sweet women designer fragrances that are a little flat and missing good grounding base notes?
“Costume national - i” smell like PdM - layton 90-95%! Longevity is awesome!!!

I love costume national homme Parfum but this one for me is a let down. My wife hate this scent and i can understand why...the smell is not pleasant
