I have nightmares on a regular basis too. I found that having small rituals like a pillow spray, castor oil on the feet and then putting on socks before bed, etc has massively helped me. Also magnesium is another sleeping aid.
I’ve never been able to get into princess ASMR videos until I found yours, and they’re absolutely perfect. Always so soothing and sweet and give me the best sleeps!
I wish I could describe how beautiful your gentle whisper is, it almost has a slight popping quality to certain syllables, but not unpleasant popping, it’s like little soft fireworks all throughout your speech, it lulls me to sleep every time 🥰❤️
