I used the Oratane capsules for 6 months. The first 4 months were a nightmare😭 A big tin of Vaseline lasted for two weeks 😂 The side effects were extreme : fatigue, dry skin including lips (turned pink), heels, arms and my face turned dark, even the eyes were dry. My 2 cents advice, I had something similar my skin became dark and painful and lips changed, only to find that I have an autoimmune disease. They are not easy to diagnose, speak to your dermatologist, I am not saying you have one but please find out.
