No 84 is very significant to ours life cause of the universe we lived in exists after the 84th Big Bang. This is the 84th universe we are live in, there was 83 more earlier and some of them still exists in some way of the other, Big Bang will continue till 112 time. asana siddhi is to locate sound combination of an om on various asans , several times , siddhi in sounds and asan's is not something which can be relocated on same asan , here phenomenally effect of sound on snakes inside body , effects muscular tensions which automatically locate one's body on exact position about asan, but its so keen to understand , one here needs to develop a very light life phenomena, means a physically toughness where body only takes necessary and only till a limit , if one goes above automatically body will react with several symptoms, that somewhere something is wrong. at this particular level diet effects so fast on body, as here physical body dont needs anything to grow more , whole bodies mechanism was only working on fluid levels at an very tight self created segments on various needs. so many things were explained . from siddhi till siddarth with an physical mechanism, means an moving live body with kinds of magical essences.

Pawan start with few practices of upa yoga, do not haste give yourself time, it takes several years to master Asana our body is not habitual of sitting in a single posture, start with 15-20 mins then relax move your body forward and backward, walk a bit and start the asana again. You need to gradually increase the duration to 30 mins 40 mins and so on never force yourself, keeping yourself balanced is the key!! Just be!!

Hatha yoga means balance. If u can sit in a posture at ease for 2.5 hours it's asana siddhi. Everything you can know, you'll know
How can know everything by just sitting.
