Gear and my wallet. Pa works if you have S tier gear/charms high mastery , link runes. I will go back once I have better gear for Pa. changing skills isn't that big of an issue if you have the gear/charms etc.

when I was trying rune transfer ( mine was Yellow ) second rune must be yellow too 🤣🤣🤣 but ur is white , wtfffff

You can only do higher rarity to lower, if I am reading what you said correctly.
