what is the basic structure of the constitution ? Is there any clear written down rule about the basic structure or it is for each citizen or judge to interpret the basic structure

Basic structure is a judicial invention. It is not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution. Basic structure doctrine was formulated in the In the Judgment of Keshvanand Bharti case, 1973, uphelding the validity of 24th amended act. It's effect is that it restricted the power of parliament to amend or take away any fundamental right under article 368, defining parliament has the power to amend the constitution given it does not disturbes the fundamental rights which forms the basic structure of constitution.
