I must be tired because this looks fairly simple but I couldn't follow it at all. Roll on, Game The Game.
Night Cat it works pretty smoothly in practice. The designer, James, is my neighbour and I’ve played a slightly earlier prototype. Mordak is the most complicated role to play, but the players it’s all about move, explore, and kill the minions until you can get Mordak to show himself. Quite a fun game to play as a group!
@@GarretRempel Yes, I thought as much. Sometimes it seems like the explanations are hard to follow but, when the full playthrough is shown, it all comes together nicely. This seems like that kind of game.

Why don’t they make the health markers CLIP onto the cards-I hate games that mark stats by just laying some tiny thing on a card and assuming you are playing the game on a sleepnumber mattress with no possibility of the card moving around.
It's a prototype. This game is coming to Kickstarter next week.
Board Game Spotlight ah-that makes sense, hope they get some real markers. The ones in House on the Haunted Hill made me this way! Those little clips never stay put.
@@bryansmith844 One of the stretch goals is to make the boards double layered and have recessed slots for tokens :)
