TY! Pile 4 - I've become very proficient at utilizing Alan Watts advice of living in the 3rd person as it pertains to the lower ego. When a thought comes to mind, I first acknowledge it and listen as if I were another. The act of observation of one's ego. This practice has given me a very unique perspective. It was on TH-cam. They breathe in deep into the space just below the belly button, while concentrating on breathing in. Then hold as long as you can, slowly breathing out while giving thanks and positive affirmations. Try to do it 10 times. I only get to 3 times. Buddhist monks meditate doing breath work. Very powerful. It will change your life. It releases power.

Over the past 3 years I have learned self care and self love after going through a very toxic situation and the Dark Night of the Soul. I have begun to understand unconditional love for myself and others. I no longer take on negative energy from friends and family and this has angered some so I pray for their emotional healing.
